There are many ways you can enhance and improve the performance of your Wavlink WiFi Extender. First and one of the most effective ways to do that is to make certain modifications to the settings. To change certain Wavlink range extender settings, first, you need to connect to an extended network. In a browser, go to wifi.wavlink.com web interface and enter the range extender’s user ID and admin password. Your range extender’s default admin password is “admin”. It is highly recommended that you change this after setup. To change your admin password, click the Management tab and enter a new password under Extender Access. Click Help on the right side of the screen for additional information on the screen’s options. Changes to settings will not be effective until you click save at the bottom of the screen. You also can click Cancel to clear any changes. After you are done making changes to your WiFi network settings, you can proceed with the Wavlink Extender Setup so that you can connect to your WiFi network successfully.
